My mom called me the other day. Since I was working I couldn't answer the phone but she left me a message. She said she didn't have any hot water at her house. She couldn't understand why, she knew she paid the gas bill and the water heater was new.
I called her back on my break and told her I would call someone that does water heater repair to come look at it for her. Luckily, it was a simple fix and she didn't have to get a new water heater.
